AN IMMERSION OF ACTIVE LEARNING
Eduardo Blatt, University Professor, and entrepreneur in the field of industrial consulting and training. We will embrace the current concepts of industrial productivity and team cooperation, using tools such as Lean Manufacturing, Design Thinking, and others. Structured in the three project management modules (Operational, Tactical, and Strategic). Make a difference in the organization that you work in or want to work for.
Module # 1 OPERATIONAL
Eduardo shares his strategies for implementing Lean Manufacturing tools, encouraging collaboration and empowerment of the workers to solve the day-to-day operational challenges.
Module # 2 TACTICAL
Starting with Design Thinking techniques. The goal is to create an environment where creativity, innovation, and motivation are encouraged. Of which your fellow associates flourish with the best solutions.
Module # 3 STRATEGIC
Management tools to maintain the evolution pace for the long term. Using tools like Gemba, project management, and others. At the end of the training, you gather your notes taken during the training and create an Industrial Sustainability project adapted to the culture and reality of your company.
Contents - The Sustainable Industry Training lasts for 24 hours, in 12 online meetings, of two hours each, for one month.
The Sustainable Industry Training was built as a plan with Operational, Tactical, and Strategic Modules structure your own project to deliver a feasibility workflow to conduct at your company to trail the road of Industrial Sustainability Culture.
